Great documentary.  MAD COW, SACRED COW.  Presented from both sides and is a perfect way to promote the consumer ground swell of knowing where their food comes from.  Although it was aired in 2009 – nothing has changed in the Agri business industry.

 

SUFFERING FROM COMPUTERITIS

Greetings from Robinson Ranch.  It is day one of my new contract position and I have been doing catch up on all the information out there to assist producers and consumers. The most exciting one today was the Earth Markets and Slow Foods.  Stats show that the boomers once again lead as the top consumers of healthy locally grown food. Trend word today for farmers and producers is cluster groups…working together to supply consumers with a consistent product.
